Just got a new heritage 1/2 flood pan. It's not got tabs or a rail under neath. Is it a case of welding little rectangular bits of sheet steel on. Seems a bit crap having to do this considering the purchase cost.

So m machine is better quality than heritage? to be honest returning it would be a pain, plus I've binned the box

Pretty sure you can but the tabs then, or make some using old ones as template, just I always use m machine floor and sill panels and have found them very good, but heritage should be quality, just surprised essential parts are not assembled with them.

Yup you can buy all of the tabs and the conduit. I'm surprised that Heritage don't sell the half floor with them fitted. Tight buggers!!!

I checked with heritage in the end and they put the tabs and rail on the complete floors but not the half floors as they are just one pressing. I'll cut out my floor to retain the rail and tabs, to retain as much of the original body work as poss.

To be honest the tabs and conduit are not that expensive, plus when I removed all of mine I found rust under all of them. Not serious rust but as I was doing a full resto I wanted it all sorted.
