Hey up

So I’ve just used a kit to make my ignition electronic and after fitting the new leads for the new ignition the tachometer/rev counter stopped displaying anything.

So I had an experiment and taped the old coil negative wire to the negative terminal on the coil alongside the new coil wire and boom! The rev counter starts to move.

But I think I read somewhere that to have two wires on the negative coil terminal is bad. Is that right? Or am I good to add another spade connector to the coil negative and make this a proper job?

Cheers!
