Hi Everyone, newbie here with a '65 Mk 1 project which is gathering pace nicely. Could be adding a '74 Clubman to it this weekend too :-)

Hopefully a couple of pics will attach of my Mk1... it's a 1 prev keeper, all original '65 with 61k miles on it. Very original, as you can see from the date stamped parts. The dizzy, ignition barrel, brake light switch, indicator stalk body etc etc all have date stamps for 9/65!!

 

Must be on it's second dynamo though as that one says '67... but hey, nothing lasts forever eh :-)

 

The shell is pretty solid, needing wings/front panel/A panels/front floors/sill and a boot floor patch. Doors need skins, bonnet and boot are just lil repairs.

 

That was all due to be done just as COVID hit so the shell remains sat in my garage awaiting blasting once I get off furlough or find a new job, whichever it shall turn out to be!
