I’m currently having my mini rebuilt, however I’ve got a set of 6x12 wheels. Is there no way they will fit without cutting the arches as Its all been replaced and I don’t want to cut them. It is on adjustable high-lows so would raising their ride height stop it scuffing? I want to get arches on and sprayed to match but worried when cornering etc it will scuff.

Every Mini that I have owned that has not been standard has needed the metal work trimming.

sort out the ride height and settings adjust the metalwork before going to paint.

Ok thanks. Thought I’d have to alter the arches.

I run 12x6 with a 2" arch gap. Tyres rubbed at front so I bent the lip a little to clear. No cutting required at leat with my setup

I am in a position where I can get them cut before it’s resprayed so going to get them cut. Where can I get templates for them? And I’ll have to buy the reinforcement wheel arch stiffeners won’t I?
