NAM8570 is the small seal, just a rubber ring needed for the join.
As for the T Bars, tighten up well, I some times give them a further little tweak with a set of mole grips. Keep an eye on them periodically to ensure no oil leaks when the gasket compresses a little
Pressure of 3 to 4 lbft required for tightening the T Bars as a guide

Also, I have put a nice shinny rocker cover on with the cork gasket. The cover is secured with the t-bars that are just done up by hand. Assume you basically do them up as tight as you can? At first I hadn’t done so and oil seeped through (when doing an oil change).
