My inner CV joint is wearing and i wanted to change them, as they are attached to the gear box do i need to be careful as to not not damage it or is it simply pull off put on?
Also is this the correct for my mini - 1974 998cc

use the correct tool or on similar and you can pop them out, dont forget to drain the oil first.
the inner ones dont really wear that much unless the boot fails.
