What Type Of Engine Is This

As per title: see pictures attached.

The engine code is removed but someone printed a number on this which is: 12HA72AA100532
Not sure if its the correct on though, so if anyone knows the engine specs of this one please comment

It probably had the engine number plate removed for overboring or decking. Machine shop has stamped the number back on, which is what I would expect.
