Mini is pretty much finished apart from fitting the doors which need new bottoms , skins and paint
Do I get it moted now and use it for the summer or do I completely finish it off like I should
I’m thinking if I use it for the rest of the summer I can make a list of niggles and get it completely sorted in the winter ready for next year rather than spend all next summer sorting out problems
Will mot tester have an issue with rusty door bottoms

Might have an issue with them if there's holes in them creating sharp edges but it's nothing that can't be cured with some gaffer tape for mot purposes.

To confirm what imack said, beginning of the year I asked my MOT tester this question to see how far I needed to go before I tried to get a ticket on the Mini. He said just make sure there are no sharp edges showing and it will be fine.
