I'm having trouble getting first gear and reverse gear. I have recently changed my clutch it was ok after two weeks its started playing up. I have changed the oil today to see if its any different but made no difference. I have a pre verto clutch.

Make sure you have no more than 0.012" clearance between the clutch arm and the 7/16" bolt. Remove the spring and pull the arm by hand to check the clearance.

Make sure you have 15 mm travel on the top of the clutch arm.

On full arm travel make sure there is a gap between the stop nut and the clutch cover.

Hopefully that should fix it

DItto for the clearance on the 7/16" bolt.  I had not checked mine for years and noticed it was getting notchy into 1st and reverse.  Had too much clearance, re-set it and back to normal now.  When you changed the clutch, did you re-set the overthrow (two nuts at the bottom)?  Also, the ball on the clutch arm can wear, reducing the movement of the clutch arm.

Also try checking the hole in the end of the clutch pedal and the pin for wear.

When I first got my car, the clutch used to drag more and more as it got warm, I guess the clearances reduced.  I replaced the clutch arm, re-set everything and bled the clutch.  All was well after that.
