Hi
A bit of a work around but an idea that has worked for me. Adopt a camera mount with a sucker to a aftermarket rear view mirror. Take off when parked easy clip on when traveling, use for NS and OS. Extra secure use a safety tether from inside car. No holes no crushed seams no damage to paint:)
Good luck

I'm not happy with the mirrors I bought,1 is making a break for freedom, twice I've found it on the floor.
Plus they're not exactly great for actually seeing what's behind you :)
I'm looking at these now ? Anyone got them on their car ?

Alternatively I can fit these arms to my mirrors and mount them on the doors

The first ones are OK - I’ve had them on a car and cant remember having any issues with them.
Also available from MiniSpares so might be slightly cheaper with TMF+:

I've just noticed how tiny the actual area of reflection is,87mm by 55mm,compared to my current jobbies which are 105mm.
Probably get away with that in a car but in a van I'm not sure.
It's a shame because I do like the style of them
