Taken the rear subframe out and you can rubber and nylon bushes and what not all round. No I was to improve the ride in the mini. All parts of the subframe really whats best to help improve the ride.

Okay, to put it better. Cones or springs. I know you can springs for the rear. Any thoughts.

Do not fit springs you want red spot rubber cones from minispares all round and KYB Gasadjust dampers.
Do a search for coil springs on here, you won't want to run them.

Now this is a totally different question to your original one. I would not put coil springs anywhere near a road going Mini. Just fit new standard Rubber cones from MiniSpares.
