Looking for a solution to mount a more modern steering wheel in my -75. Is there any suitable boss kit to have a Sparco, Momo, OMP 70 or 74 mm Sterings wheel?

I have an actual Momo steering wheel boss. Very heavy duty. Bolted on easy as can be.
