There is some adjustment in the hinges, if it's not enough you can file the holes in the door about but make sure the hinge still covers it.

Make sure that the door doesn't catch anywhere as it will rub or chip the paint.

The bottom of the door kicking out is a bit more of an issue and might be that the a panel isn't in the correct place or to he door is twisted.

You may be able to twist the door to correct it but be careful and try and avoid cracking the paint.

It's worth looking at other cars to see what the doors are like as they weren't great when new.

General door alignment not specific to Minis......
When I'm fitting any door I always start by removing the catches and/or striker plates. That way you know they aren't causing the misalignment.
Adjust at the hinges and if that doesn't get you close think about making some spacers up or elongating the holes

That looks very bad, but it is in at front top and out at rear bottom so you can twist the door to improve it, should have been set better before paint, another cheat you can do is fit two gaskets under top hinge or thinner gasket at bottom hinge, needs a little trial and error, but be careful you don’t crack the paint or break the window frame. Brute force is only way really.

Doors with external hinges are much easier to fit than the ones with inside hinges.

First of all, get the fore & aft gaps as near as you can. Slacken off the hinge nuts, both inside the doors and on the A-panel. Youcan, as said above, enlarge and/or elongate the holes in both the dor and A-panel, but make sure the holes don't go beyond the hinges at full adjustment.

One the door fits the door frame with a good equal gap all the way around, tighten the nuts fully.

Then get a block of wood about 2" square and put it between the rear edge of the door and the frame.  Brute force is then the order of the day to 'bend' the door until it is as flush as possible and fitting properly into the frame. I know this sounds a bit brutal, but it is how BMC dealers used to set them.
