Hello

Having disconnected the purge valve to get at the wiper motor, I've put it back on the car and reconnected everything

That's great

Why am I bothering you with such piffle?

Well, I remade the push-on electrical connection and noticed that there are 2 almost identical electrical connectors in this area

There are on my car anyway

I remade the original connection (from a photo, wire colours are different), but I now have another light grey purge valve lookalike electrical connector simply dangling with nothing to connect it to

I THINK I've attached two jpeg files to illustrate

Any idea where it goes?

Thanks

Elwyn

Wire colours?

Feel if there seems to be any splicing going on under the yellow tape.

Bottom picture  just above the loose heater hose in the picture, mounted on the triangle piece, still attached to the purge vale, pretty sure there is only one.

It's shoved out of the way, bent out of shape, temporarily

It's not like that in real life

Thermostat housing not yet fitted

Radiator not fully secured

All a bit loose and flexible

Anyone got an answer to the original question?  I also have the hanging spare connector!
