So I'm on to the next step of my repairs, - replacing the door steps and a posts, New floor with inner sills are fitted ( not welded to whats left of the door steps though) , new toeboard fitted and bulkhead all nicely repaired

-Unfortunately my current bracing cage is fastened to the inner a post closing panels at the front, which I need to remove! (also across the car at b pillar, x member and a post and linked to the tunnel and x member - maybe went a bit overboard with it!)

I'm thinking to put a brace across the upper door from a pillar to b pillar, but should I join this to my main cage somehow before detaching the front bit of the cage from the inner a post?

The shell is currently supported with hefty planks under the floor x member and heelboard.

Advice would be appreciated!
