Hi all I'm Mike ex UK now in Melbourne

I'm new to this site I have been rebuilding my mini for nearly 2 years progress is slow due to family life and kids only allowing me one night a week to work on the car but this has stopped due to Covid 

I've just finished the paint work on the car and I'm now about to start putting it all together 

Back story of my car is I bought it for $1 Australian about 50p hence the name, It came in about 20 box's of bits

Sounds like a bargain to me.. I remember when there were minis with mot available in the local newspaper for under 200 pounds!....

Now it is all aboutebay, facebook market place, gumtree and all that jazz..

How are you finding the parts hunt in Australia?.
