Hi all,

I'm planning ahead for my full restoration. My heat shields are looking tatty, but nowhere I look, they seem to have in stock, the heat shields to install under the floor to deflect the heat from the catalyst .

(part numbers WEB10057 (catalyst) and WEB101440 (exhaust))

Is there an alternative that I can utilize?

If if comes down to it, you can get universal heat shield materials from Demon Tweeks etc

As above, haven't seen them for sale but you can buy flat sections for DIY bending.

I'd imagine the modern stuff is even better then what was used 25+ years ago. Just make sure its the stiffer/formable type. The original (which I have) is literally just shaped around the tunnel, with the outer most sections bend flat to marry up to the flat portion of the floor it bolts to.
