What are the thinnest ones available? I can't find any under 0.132.. Mine has no float at all with 2 of those

For the later 37 tooth Idlers, that is the thinnest available off the shelf. It's very unusual that you'd need anything thinner than these, usually one is looking for thicker ones.

Maybe check the gasket thickness - the originals were (off hand) 0.032" thick.

If you have the right gasket, you're only option is to have one of the Thrust Washers ground.

I have 2 x 130 in my parts box if you want them ?

thanks .. I think it maybe a fault with the casing though, I’ll hold fire for a bit..

Just a thought. Has your side casing been machined? Have you tried a different casing?
