Ilook after 2 mini's for two chicks and hope to have my own mini one day mind you looking after 2 mini's as an unpaid home mechanic is enough

My girlfriend told me about tmf no pics available yet but will be when i get one
Am having a problem with a 1986 998 mini mayfair when the normal headlights are on ,after a short while the instrument dial illumination goes out so you can't see your speedo etc,but the blue main beam indicator light comes on on the dash but the lights themselves arn't also both indicator lights on the dash come on and stay on as well although the indicators arn't .Although they work as they are supposed to.and the same with the full beam pull lever as normal they come on and the blue light on the dash goes out ,why are they the wrong way round? HELP :sad:

hope you get your own mini soon, but in the meantime enjoy fixing the one's your doing and i hope they appreciate all your hard work!
