They are 3,000 plus dollars just for the diff it's self, the complete machined carrier, brake, etc would probably be more like double that, by the time you imported it into this country 3500~4000 pounds
It uses Quaife ATB internals in a special lightweight housing/carrier setup

Thanks Ninjamin,
When I was looking to start my project, I really didn't want chains, no matter what you do in a mini the space is tight, I thought about what you have done, but the diff would have been to high, I see you have yours at the proper height and you will run the prop at an angle?
What ratio are you running?
Cheers

Running a 3.14 ratio ( run a 3.38 on my MK Indy but that has 14" wheels)
Your right the prop angle v diff v engine sump level was a tricky calculation - I aimed for 3 degrees max and had to incline the diff slightly to keep the angle down, also a chopped sump.
The prop was the shortest I could get to keep the engine as far back as poss, its more mid engined than rear engined.
Cheers, Ninjamin
Forget to mention the Drive Shaft angle as well all I wanted to keep to less that 3 degrees. I notice the Zcars drive shafts run at massive angles, probably why one of the Zcars mini's at Brands live had a broken drive shaft !!
