have you got any closer pics of the flip front? ie. the hinges on front, the bars and where they join and it looks like u have cut away some of the inner wings, is that nessercary?

Haven't got any close ups. I used clasps like you have on your shed door for a padlock as the hinges. I cut away all the inner wings up to the bulkhead so I could get better acces to everything and it looks neater too. The brace bars bolt to the inner wing at the top and the subframe at the bottom. The electrics are connected using a trailor plug and socket like you have on the back of your car next to the towbar.
