Probably going to show my age here, but, does anyone remeber Martin's Marvellous Mini, a story in Tiger, a kids comic from a few ( cough! ) years back..

If I remeber rightly it was yellow with a broad white stripe with black border ( GT40 stylee ) or I may be completely wrong...

Anyone got a pikkie ??? or know any more.

No comment, ( can't seem to find a wrinkly smilee )...

I think it actually started in th 60's and ran thru the 80's, was an off shoot of scorcher, and had the famous Roy of the Rovers ( not cars !! ) strip.

But I digress... I remeber painting a toy mini in the colours, and always wondering if I'd ever get a real one...

Now with two, I have a feeling that number 3 will be a homage to this long forgotten childrens Icon...

Rang me mum up this morning, she still has loads of stuff from way back when flares were around for the first time !!! :saywhat:

... and...

A Tiger Annual which has MMM etc in it...

She'll be over on Tuesday, so if no-one manages to find a pick by then, I'll scan the story in, and we can all wallow in glorious nostalgia.....
