My next door neighbour has just got another Cooper S, and asked me if I wanted to go out in it!

It was briliant, loved every minute! Pretty fast too. It even has that whine like the old Cooper 'S!

On the outside, it is stunning! Dark metallic blue paint, with the smart 17" minilite type wheels.

And it only had 37 miles on the clock!

I would love to have one when I am older! :P

The whine on most MINI's is the electric power steering. Superchargers don't whine, well the belt does but you won't hear that through all the BMW bonnet insulation I would think. Superchargers roar.

Nah, it's not the power steering as it's when it is driving in a straight line, and changes sound as the revs change.

It probably is the supercharger, but don't forget it is a brand new car, and hasn't run in yet!
