went to silverstone yesterday, went in the mini, didnt breakdown thank gawd
saw a hell of a lot of minis, more than you ever thought could gather in one place from all over europe..
twin a-series engined mini with WON N20
RWD MX-5 turbo mini - 200-250 something bhp
turbo hayabusa - to 60 sub 3s (not running, broken driveshaft/hub)
carbon lightweight jobby
russ swift doing J-turns between 2 cars
russ swift on 2 wheels with 3 passengers, and..
mike brewer in the boot

purchases
new KAD quickshift with collar lift reverse
new rims - deepdish 12x6 revolutions
and i got some yoko A539s to go with them..
i should have shares in egg..
great weekend

YEah it was certainly unreal, i had a great time and the calvacade was unreal, i went around the shops but there was so many people around the stands u couldnt get to see what was being sold!!

Heeeey. i got one of them KAD quickshifts, i was well impressed how they worked, so positive when changing gear, and short!!!
let me know how it goes fitting it!! the bloke said to me it would only take 20 mins!!

yeah i played with the KAD shift, it was really nice, and im deffo going to buy 1!

how much did u pay for the cad quickshift i was looking for them but couldnt find them also where did u get them from so i can get one thaks

From the KAD stand!!! they were £80 :S:S:S but the bloke did say that i wouldn't regret it, i should be fitting it today with any luck, so i will let you know how it goes!!

Just fitted it!!! totally awesom, feels like you are driving a racing car!! took me about an hour and a half to fit, thats with removing centre console, finding tools, and putting it onto ramps. would defo recommend it..!!

I bought a full stage one kit, cant wait till its fitted, then didnt have much dosh left and only bought some clear indicator lenses after that . Had a great time . Bought a miniforum car sticker and met a few of you whick was cool.
