How many are actually active though? I suspect a member cull of people who haven't logged in for a year and have never posted would knock that number down quite considerably. Plus I think its counting all the spam accounts too.18493 members!!!!

All spam accounts were deleted a number of months ago, and deleted as they crop up.
So how many active members are there then, Jamster?

I have no idea, not too bothered to be honest.
Well that really answered my question.

Just copy the active members list every time you come online for a week into Excel, filter out the repeats, and then count them.
Or rely on the most users online to gauge the size of the forum, I think we often have more then 500 members on the forum at any point, though some people post more, (or less) then others.

Mini-Mad-Craig and other users, please refrain from bringing up old topics unless they are of relevant use.

Well to tell you the truth, we don't have any real way of knowing, and I guess it would depend on how you would define 'active' - last time they logged in, last time they posted, last time they sent a PM, etc et.I have no idea, not too bothered to be honest.
Well that really answered my question.
