that is one nice looking mini even as it stands now let alone a liq of paint and whatn nots. i want a pick up 1 now:( and quite you complaining i have to wait till AUGUST 29TH till my 17th and even then no dout it will be 08 before i drive :) (MOREEEE PICCYS)

new brakes pipes, cylinders and cables to fit this week,
get the throttle cable n pedal fitted too

My advice would be to not get distracted by other cars. I bought my mini on the 27th ofjune when i was 14, i then bought a honda prelude and wasted a lot of time and money on that which i really regret. Just stick with it and dont get distracted!

then it will be a nice car ;D

When i wanted to get insured on my astra van i was told to get real as it was classed as a comercial vehicle, have you been looking into insurance yet?

Yeah definately keep focus....insurance is a killer....save money for the car but don't forget teh insurance.

my dad wants me on his insurance for a year or two first,
i know what you mean about the other car like, cross that bridge when i come to it :D
got a mate comin over soon, so i hope to have the clock housing done and the hole dash fibreglassed, smoothed and painted
and hes a wiz at making things, gonna cut off the steel door pockets and hes makin a set of one-off door cards, im startin to get a tad excited

because the doors are rare in the original condition. see if u can get some standard internal hinged doors.

i had some of the car, because i wanted internal hinges for the smoother look and windy windows but the door is a different shape behind the handle
