no it's not just you, they don't have pics... you could always go to a paint shop and have a little tester pot made up?> halfords do this... and the paint is good.

I'm almost certain that no Clubmans came in purple. I may have the paint codes in a book at home, will check at lunch for you. This does sound dodgy though, even when they replaced the front end, it doesn't take much to rivet the VIN plate back on!

Wasn't Black Tulip a 70s colour? That was a dark purple.

How much do they want for it. Considering this will probably be a care your trusting your life to by driving, 180 miles is not a massive distance to go and check it out! I definitely would NOT buy a car without checking it out first!

I'm trying to find out as much as i can before i go to see it,as its a 360 mile round trip, and i do not want to waste my time,i'm not
going to see another pile of poo thats not what its says it is/should be.i did this a couple of weeks ago,i drove 635 miles
to see somthing that look nothing like the pictures i'd been sent.

Hence i posted on here about the colour.

These are the purples that were available on any mini, the ones you could get on a Clubman were Aconite and Black Tulip.
