Hi,

Do you think Hammerite smooth (brushed on) can be applied to the std rover cooper black plastic wheel arches without primer?

Yes, but doing it properly with a couple of hours of wet flatting and primer will make it stay on for more than 2seconds without chipping :-

Guy, you could do it and it will last a little while, But if you do it properly it will look much better and last much longer.

Well it would just be for 3 months or so till i fit my group 5's so think i'll give it a go.
