Oh dear, katie has failed her mot........new steering rack and assoasciated bushes and boots. new tyres, new washers, cooper s brakes need a rebuild, new brake hoses, and finally a new floor, kick panels, sills and steps. having thought very long and hard. have decided on a new shell. the top of the car is getting a bit tired anyway and she will need a new front end soon anyway. will hopefully have a new shell by christmas. will keep you all posted. oh by the way, the guy at the garage commented on what a nice drive she is, he was expecting a nightmare with all the problems i have had with her, but said she is a lovely drive.
