ok, fitted the rad, sorted the rust under the windscreen, and im dealing with the A panel , iv cleard out all the wheel arches and iv given them a lick of hammerite metal finish black paint, iv also cleaned the under side strips of the car, ( on the left and the right, what ever you call them) also brushed them all down, and painted them,

Iv bought a door of ebay, in very good condition with no rust etc etc, of a mini city, in bage colour! so that should bolt stright on!

im also in the procces of getting some new black original wheel arches, if i can confirm they are what they are ( see under styling)

Also ordered a bottle of cataclean to give the system a bit of a clean up

They're Mini Special arch extensions, in Nimbus grey. Available everywhere, very cheap so shop around. And get the proper pop rivets to fit them with, the ones which don't crush the plastic and are the right colour.

replaced the throtle cable today and a light bulb at the back that had blow, after fully toping up with some nice clean GTX oil i started the car and the pedal got jamed at the bottom and the sounded as if it was gonna blow up!!! :- ,was a sticky throtle cable so £3 and 1 hour later a new one was installed and running as smooth as ever, the engien sounds really improved with the new oil so thats good!

Over all its taken me about 2 months maybe less ( when i posted the 1st post) a little bit here and a little bit there on the weekends and a few hours after school
