Drivers Licence Prank

This got onto the news because these guys were "Abusing" the system!!

In America you can have your drivers licence picture changed for $10.
These guys took it to the Max!!!

That is quite amusing! Especially the guy with the spray paint on his head!

I nearly wet myself when they did his eye-brows!

But oh life, the internet connection is so slow at work! Takes about 10 minutes to load up a 2 minute clip!

Anyone know if the picture from your provisional goes onto your full liscence, as my picture is frankly scary and I had long hair back then. Or can you change the picture like they do in the vid?

My driving license pic is terrible, same with my passport.

It's from like 8 years ago or something!

There's no way i'm paying to change it though, i'll just live with the embarassment.
