Can I hammerite..
the brake servoy bit? Wouldn't Advise It Unless It Was Very Thin.
Engine block/cyclinder block where the sparks go in? Yes But Not The Threaded Holes.
The brake calipers? Yes But Obviously Not The Seals/Nipples/Hoses Or Pistons.
The shock/dampener under the front wings? If You Mean The Damper Unit Then NO. If You Mean The Mount Then Yes.

Spray the detailer on and use about 1/3 of the clay (need it nice and soft) then do small sections at a time, till whole car is glass smooth.
This will get rid of some small scratches and swirls as well.
Wash car (2 bucket shampoo)
Feeder wax followered by sealer.
Whilst not the very best way of waxing car this will be good for everyday use.
If paint is still "faded" then you really need to use a Paint Cleaner or similar (removes a layer of paint) and then the above.
Want more detailed about washing and waxing?
(just clayed the Mini roof and its FANTASTIC now)

Hi, Please See Below.
Can I hammerite..
the brake servoy bit? Wouldn't Advise It Unless It Was Very Thin. i got to say yes you can its a sealed unit with a union coming out of it so painting it wont effect the way it worksEngine block/cyclinder block where the sparks go in? Yes But Not The Threaded Holes.
The brake calipers? Yes But Obviously Not The Seals/Nipples/Hoses Or Pistons. you can acyually paint the nipples as long as you keep the ends clear, and painting the threads when there fitted and locked of wont affect anything either. The shock/dampener under the front wings? If You Mean The Damper Unit Then NO. If You Mean The Mount Then Yes. again i have to say yes you can, just dont paint the plunger but you can paint the lower case and the outer top cover.

Whats Meguiars Clay?
google will have the answer surely mate!
It's a clay that you rub across paint... it picks up embedded dirt and grit, leaving you with a smooth 'paint only' surface to polish.
It's just means you're not trying to polish a turd.
