Right, put the Gp7 arch idea out of your head, they will be about 2" too wide for your wheels and will look laughable! Gp7's are like the ones used on the Miglia's and they have some serious offset on their wheels, more than you lot are running. Gp5 is as big as your ever likely to need, they stick out between 2.5" - 3" depending what type you get.
When getting arches, you need to know how wide they need to be, so measure the distance at the top on the wheel from the wing to the outer edge of the tyre and get an arch that will cover it. If your wheel sticks out 3", you dont want an arch that sticks out 5" because it will look stupid.
In my opinion, standard Sports Pack look stupid because they use a wide arch on 6" wheels and the arch sticks out further than the wheel by at least an inch and really big body kits with crapy wheels that are no were near the edge of the arch... WHY?! An arch is a certain size so that it covers a wheel that sticks out that far.
Heres a copy of the arch guide from the Mini Spares catalogue to give you an idea of what you need to do.
Sorry, rant over. But it seems we keep having this toppic popping up by various different people.

I have measured my wheels and they do stick out 2.5 - 3 inches. I have also been looking in the mini spares online catalogue and the gp5s seem to look like they would be a good fit. But there gp5s look more like euro 5s and I'm after a set of gp5s where the front arch ends earlier.
See attached image.
The gp7s that Physco has dont seem to be as wide as you say.
Remember even though my wheels may only be 12 6s, due to them being deep dish the offset makes them stick out a little more than 3"

Bluemini:
Sorry if that sounded patronising ...
I never like arches that are to bit for the wheels, I always like them sticking out a little bit and filling the arches..
Do you hve gp5 arches? Have you got any pics?

Those Gp7's look more like Gp5's to me.
Heres a pic of my Gp5's from Huddersfield Mini Spares. I have 6x10's on mine and I recon the offset is the same if not more than yours.

They came in standard gell finnish, a kinda yellowy transparent yucky colour.
Fit them yourself, and your hi-lo's, its the only way to learn, and there isnt much that can go wrong. You gotta try one day!!

they arnt sports pack. ther are a beter shape in my opinion and do not have the dents in for the bumpers. also, where they meet the cill, the shape is very different and sports pack dont have any fixings showing.
and blackout, no matter what arches you get in the end, you will have too drill to attach them. all arches screw or rivet on.

they stick out about 3 - 3.5"s. they are the same dish and offset as yours, so there is no need to worry. if you phone huddersfield, and say you are looking for a set of arches to cover those wheels, they can tell you what ones will and wont, they were helpfull when i foned.
