Is the ECU grounded properly?

If not you could have fried the ECU and hence wont work.

This could end up being a huge list of speculation.

You say you have fuel there, when you say there where do you mean? in the tank, at the pressure regulator, at the injector?

Have you flooded the engine trying to start it all these times? remove the plugs and clean them, leave the plugs out disconect the injector and the +ve from the dizzy and turn the engine over to clear it out. Refit the plugs reconnect the injector and dizzy and try again.

Make sure that all the baisic stuff is correct first, firing order, plug gaps, dizzy position, wiring is intact and correctly connected fuses are not blown. If its sparking and its injecting fuel, then it can only mean that the firing order is out or you have flooded the engine.

No reason why the cam should be at fault unless you have had the engine appart and its been assembled 180 degrees out.

Judging from your last topic, it is going to be difficult for any of us to help you as the whole instalation is non standard.

Help us help you by giving us some information to go on other than the likes of the starter makes a whistling noise
