Hello everyone. My name is Matthew Jensen and I am a bit of a Mini lover as everyone else here. I own a 2003 Chili Red MINI Cooper S as well as a 1969 Morris Mini Pickup. You might have scene pictures of the mean green pickup from the 2004 Italian Job road rally. I was introduced to the Mini Forum when I met Charles and James Milner on the job. I have loved Mini's for many years, and last October I was privileged enough to become a MINI owner when I purchased Homer. Here's a picture of me the day I took delivery.
I know there are a lot of people that think the MINI is just a BMW, but being an owner of both a classic and new one, I can say that the MINI is just an updated version of the original. I am a member of the local MINI club in Indiana where I am attending Uni to become a mechanical engineer. Enough about me, here's the Mini details:
Homer the 2003 Chili Red/Black MINI Cooper S; badge bar with 2 spots and 2 fogs; Miltek exhaust; 16 inch SSR Comp wheels with Falken Azinies for autocrossing (lots more pictures can be found here: Pics! password is Homer)
Luigi the 1969 Green Morris Mini Pickup; 1275 single carb; front disc brakes non-servo; plenty of leaks and rust; soon to get a complete tear down and restoration when more money is to be had (pictures can be found at italianjob.com with more coming once I get them from my navigator J)
I'm glad to be a part of TMF, and hopefully I'll get around to making a signature one of these days. Happy motoring!

I'm affraid pictures are on the way. Currently my navigator/photographer has all the pictures from the Italian Job. I have been promised they will be up shortly, and I will be sure to post when they do. I can't wait to get the pickup back to the states where I can begin tearing her down and start the long, expensive process of making it one sweet ride. I'll be sure to get it in the projects forum when I get started.
