smudgecatcatcatcat welcome to the forum, please disregard what miniman said, everyone is welcome to are forum, no matter what mini,
just so happends most of are members are the older mini driver, but thats no matter.

how long have you had it for?
and have you driven a old mini ? if so what are they like in comprason? eg do thay have any of the old mini cartices?

ive only driven one or two of them,
they go well but its not me, :grin:

anyways, welcome!!! i have had a test drive in a newmini, and they are rapido!!! and it had the stiffer suspension kit, was very fun to drive!

This one will run and run ... I am always extra polite to Blobs and so is my pickup Huey. I compare what has happened with the mini to what happened to me at work when some suits moved in and interviewed me for my own job and then gave it to someone else. They knew little and cared less for my profession and they stole my experience and the goodwill I had built up. The Blob is a usurper which has not earned its stripes, as someone else aptly put it on one of these forums. I have nothing against the car as such or its owners, but the fact remains that marketing men with no integrity and no soul have hijacked the mini's hard-earned name and reputation and hawked it to a gullible public.

My first mini in 1962 leaked like a sieve and stopped every time it rained and I loved it. We all know why we spend crazy money and insane hours to keep our minis on the road and when Huey goes to the great MITP in the sky I shall get another one. Thank you all for keeping the spirit alive.
