Hi, I've been following what all you gurus have to say and wrestling with the forum technology. I only recently found out a chip isn't necessarily something you eat in a butty. Looking forward to lots of chats if I can just press the right buttons. :-

Eh Up Teapot! Nice to see that someone took notice of my recommendation to join this site at the last Club meeting! Lets hope that lots more SMAC members join both of us here!

Menu: MG Metro oversized 1380 engine and standard gearbox & clutch with high-lift cam and Powermax pistons, skimmed head, 1 3/4" SU, electronic ignition, ram-air element, electric fuel pump, two-core radiator with 74 deg thermostat, Maniflow LCB & system.
13x6JJ Superlites with Yoko A-539s, sportspack arches, 8.4" discs front, standard drums rear, kwik-release bonnet & Mk3 wavy grille, twin chrome spots, twin air horns, lots of other shiny bits, clear glass indicators, blue filament headlamps, Ford Orion seats, Rover radio with JVC speakers in air vents, matching metallic blue air freshener, grey style 3-clock dash, digital clock in ashtray cavity.
Totally my dream car ... had three Minis in the Sixties and now I'm in my sixties this is the sixth. Named after the little Bell helicopters*. Featured in Mini Magazine July '03 and Mini World's rolling road feature Feb '04.
I take no credit for any of the build but I don't half enjoy driving it. :-
