providing you have the lcb alone and nothing else, you will need
inlet manifold (torque master or similar)
*your lcb*
Straight thru pipe (1.75")
Backbox of choice (1.75" with woteva exit style u like)
Thats the basis of a stg 1 kit, new filter setup n carb needle and ur sorted.
U could get double box instead of straight thru single box, but mine is single box and it isnt too loud.

RC40 Millenium, all stainless. With a box on the front pipe as well to keep the noise inside as stainless is a bit more booming than mild steel. I think they make a couple of different sizes of front pipe box.

maniflow, fit the best. i changed my playmini twin dtm for a maniflow 1.75 center box and back box but the tail pipe comming out the back is 3inch just for a nice look, but the sound is nice and understated until u floor it when the sound is grate.

Personally I've never had a problem fitting an RC-40. Especially the new Millenium ones which seem to just glide together on their own!
By rally twin box do you mean that ridiculously expensive twin pipe affair from Playmini? It's okay if you have the dosh, you have to buy the twin exit rear box and two tail pipes from the options list all seperately and they are pricey.

Sorry Madmax, never heard of it. It doesn't seem to be on their website either so can't help you there. (by the way, I wouldn't buy Playmini exhausts either! )

s/s single box rc40 does the job fine for me, and fits up into the body and does not catch on speed humps.

thats the main problem atm lol
hit a speedbump in the local sainsburys, ripped the exhaust clean off, from the Y piece back
low minis are not practical

Minispares RC40 twin box if you're looking to pass a noise check and mild steel
single box gets a bit close to the 98db level as does the stainless due to resonance at 4500rpm where the test usually is. Plenty tough does me for about 12 Rally before they break.
