was just wondering if anyone knew who had the quickest car on the site? and if you know how much power it has? 0-60 or 1/4mile times?

well wil_h has a rapid 998turbo he uses the site alot and i think he posts 16 sec 1/4s not sure on 0-60 tho, other than that ive no idea,

I know when my turbo mini is done i want it to run 14 sec 1/4s.

A few people on the site have (or are building) bike engined Mini's, and they are sub 5 sec to 60..

My 0-60 with all my camping gear ,clothes ,food, water bottles,toolbox , spare wheel ,jack and assorted junk is ,
10.27 seconds , slightly up hill
at silverstone in front of 5000 witnesses
reached in second gear :grin:

new engine will hopefully reach mid 7 to 8 sec 0-60

my 1275 with just a 266 cam recorded 18.01 quarter at Mini Showdown in july, with nothing in the car but me, 0-60 in about 9 seconds I believe, maybe slightly slower, always hard to judge exactly. No idea what i'll be looking at with the Morspeed 1293, will let you know once its in!

Wil_h Turbo 998 has done the 1/4 mile in a little over 14 sec, mad for most Minis nevermind a 998 !!
