One hears there is a pretty big mini racing & rallying scene in the UK, but how does one get into it?
More specifically, is there a way to join a rally/race team as a co-driver or navigator etc so that you're providing your time and services, without having to fork out for a bespoke rally/track car + trailor + spares + something to tow the trailor?
Is there anyone out there doing "timeshare" deals on their rally car, where you can contribute to the running costs etc in exchange for the right to race it etc?
How frequently are events held, and where do they tend to be held around the UK?
What sort of accident rates do the different types of events have?
Any other recommendations?
