She's metallic purple with a silver stripe down her middle

as for mod's ive only made some working headlights using reflectors from 'maglite' torches... wiring it up to a simple switch and battery pack

1:8 scale on a 1:10 chassis, the wheels look drowned by it so i pictured it without

I used to just do local stuff, with mates more than anything. I started off on early Tamiyas (had a Grasshopper and a Lunchbox) then I had a Schumacer Cougar, then a Top Cat. But I was more into my planes, one of my dads mates used to make them, get bored, then give them to me.

Those halcyon days! Wish I'd kept all the stuff, but alas I sold it for a quick buck when one of my friends introduced me to a thing called beer!

I reckon the cougar was the best one I had!

smiles for miles, til the battery ran out.

One of me mates has a nitro Scooby Impreza, loaded with carbon fibre bits, it's phenomenal!

I got the Grasshopper as a gift, because I smashed the end of my thumb off at school  so Dad took me to an RC shop in Kidderminster and bought it for me to cheer me up. I played on it a bit and got a BMX out of the deal too. Hee hee, bleed em dry for sympathy!
