Number one:

I was stationary at a junction. Citroen BX ended up in my boot. Dent pulled out in the middle of a field at Drag Wars (Thank you, everyone! :D) - Seemed to shape up quite well. Had a quote of £400 to repair. Didn't go through insurance. Subframe/boot floor not affected.

Number two:

I was stationary. Ford Escort driver was 'apparently' doing 30mph. Didn't see me... ended up under my rear arch, snapped my radius arm in half, bent my subframe, snapped the shocks, bent the A-Post, kinked roof.

Cat B write-off.

Mondeo cut across in front of us doing about 35 mph, we were doing 30mph. Usual whiplash and the stereo grazed my knee like when we was at school

And rear ended by another bloody mondeo, we were stationary, he was doing about 10mph, only damage to his car was a broken number plate screw :genius:

im quite scared of side on crashes... as my head is right beside the b pillar and would hit it at whatever mph the other car is going.

Posted these before but happy to do it again....posting pics that is !!!

This happened many years ago.....9am large right hand bend....somehow ended up sideways on the wrong side of the road (can't remember it to this day) and was hit squarely on the passenger side by a Cortina !

The steel framed passenger bucket seat was ripped from its mounting and hit me on my left hand side breaking most of the bones:
Fractured skull
Broken collar bone
Broken arm
6 broken ribs
Punctured lung
Split diaphragm
Shattered femur (thigh bone)

Spent six days in intensive care and 2 & 1/2 weeks in hospital !!

Police could not work out how I had ended up where I did but found a boulder on my side of the road and put this down as the probable cause.....otherwise they would have charged me with dangerous driving !

And I still drive Mini's to this day !!!!!

These pictures were taken early last year after comming home one night in the week from work with my lass in the car, all i know is i was doing 50 (in a 60 zone) in damp conditions, there was a huge bang from the front and the car shot off the road, bouncing out of a ditch, narrowly missing a lampost (by inches) and spinning repeatedly before skidding almost back onto the road.
the main bulkhead lower was damaged, as was the floor, subframe, steering, suspention and inner wing, the bonnet wouldnt open and the wheel arch on the o/s was more forward then the front bumper.
But on the plus side, my lass found the earing shed lost in there 3 mounths proir :P.
Other then 2 bursed knees and a bump to our lasses head, we got out ok but still had to be taken into a n e. 2 police cars turned up, they didint do much, mainly just admiring the min :P.
The aa charged 100 pounds to recover the car 2 miles home, even though ime a full member.

The car has since been sold, and repaired by a freind :)
