The SMD lit says that you can't get in till 4pm but every time I've got there for then the campsite is already chocca......so.......what time is the real earliest time you can get in to set up?

Anytime really we'll be near Ace Cafe Friday morn, and its an hr half trip down the M25 to Hop Farm...

Well normally 4pm is the "opening" time, thats when I was aiming for to be honest.
So I wouldn't turn up before that time - in case u do have to wait for ages.

Obv, I'll be arriving a little earlier so I am more at the front of the queue - want to try and nab the spaces by the trees...

Can someone from SMOC give me a definitive answer please! LSMOC do the same thing with L2B but you can usually get in an hour or so before the advertised entry time.

if yr aimng to get there at 4 i would leave the ace around 2oclock the traffic is badish after lunch time on a friday

traders get in at 12 so that fills it up a bit.

but as dog says get there early to be at the front of the queue

Just to let you lot know if the weather doesent warm up bring some Boots and some tow rope along i was at hop farm for the war and peace show there last weekend and it is as muddy as now i only just got me mini out of there soo boggy hopefully it will warm up just a warning i drive past it every day so il let you all know nearer the time. see you there

Erm if the camp site fills up on Friday afternoon what do we do if we're coming on Saturday?

It's a massive field and I have never seen it full so you will be fine or......do as Pink Wellies in our club is doing and giving us her tent for me to pitch for when she gets there!

If the weathers ok I'll come down on saturday and have a night there. I'll be doing my normal trick of sleeping in the car though - no wet tents for me! I'll give you a ring on the friday to see what conditions are like Dog! I imagine war & peace will have chewed the ground up though - 40 ton tanks do have that effect

I was gonna say I want to be able to stay in the TMF camp but I guess I'll just have to go where there's room?
