passenger side floor and sill is almost done:
need to re-do this, no idea what i was thinking when i made the template...
also decided to make the brace bars, as the ones i bought are extremely crooked. the angles are a few degrees off on every axis. so i decided to make my own:
Get them bent and tacked up, have my friend tig weld them so they will look nice and pretty

passenger side floor is done
to be honest i am not all that pleased with th eway it turned out, i want to rip it out and start over but that would probably be a bad idea from a time standpoint. guess i am a bit of a perfectionist.
also note the california sun

today 2 of my friends and I decided to get the cage in. talk about a tight fit! We used the ratcheting tie-down method i read on here a while ago. pictures in a few hours when i get back from work.
Also been rying to figure out how i am going to run my brake lines, im thinking running them inside. polishing the lines and covereing them with a beadrolled strip of stainless... should look good with black carpets. probably getting ahead of myself here though, need to get it painted first!

pictures as promised
not quite perfect, need to go in there with a level, ruler and some calipers to make sure everything is square before i cut the door bars to length. I also don't think that anybody will be using the rear seat anytime soon...
the seats are just in ther for mock up reasons, still don't have the seat subframes., which i need to modify the back ofso that they don't swing and instead they just bolt to the floor.
any tips/tricks/input is definitely appreciated.

Thanks, i am really pleased with the way it turned out. Havent been able to see what it will be like in the rear view mirror, so although it may look good it might not be the most practical.

mounted the brace bars, and lets just say that its probably a bit overkill.
old style solid mount front end + brace bars = being able to pick up the car by the front of the subframe with no flex
