This question maybe more suitable for the turbo section.

Is there any differences with the crank and con rods of the turbo engine and the mg engine?

Also what other differences are there apart from different head and pistons?

Thanks

Nope :]

Not as far as I know anyway... Don't think tolerances were better kept-to when building turbo engines...

The early turbos used the std EN16T crank, the later ones used a tuftrided version! as for the conrods, i believe they are the same
