depends...if you want to chill out there take greeen and creme, if you want a cold feeling then blue, if you want big time sexy feeeling try bright red with one black wall, that will knock your sex life up a bit, with that you could add Eurasian brass lamps and persian carpets...

Does the sun shine in your room??? dont do coffee and beige, looks very gruby!!

Now terrcotta and a mild creme looks the part, and sets the mood...

I was thinking green too, that was a possibility. Although black and red are my 2 favorite colours, Im not so sure Id put them in my room as Ive had dark colours before and it made my room look tiny (as in before I had the sstud wall up)

Room is fairly big, which doesnt tell you anything really does it lol . Ill post some pics up when I get home, which will be soon ish because Im leaving work early.

Hey Raz.

We decorated Jenny's room last christmas. Its two-tone brown and cream, with chocolate brown curtains and lightly coloured laminate flooring.

The colour is split into two halves, brown on the bottom half, cream on the top half with a funky browny/creamy/purpley border splitting them up.

We did it on a tight budget, so its not amazing, but it looks really nice, its a 'warm' room to be in if you know what I mean, and the laminate flooring is nice as well, not too cold. We were really proud of it because we did it all ourselves! (even the flooring!)

We can get a couple of pictures if you want? The room isn't very big but it makes it look bigger (it used to be a deep red colour and felt smaller then).

Im open to ideas to be honest!!

Im going to frame some of my photography and put it on my walls, and am going to have shelves so that I can have less cupboards etc. And those little square wall hanging things!!

Light colours.. will make your room seem big... but darker or brownerer colours will make it look small.. my room is like.. peach...haha.. Its sort of yoghurt colour..


Raz.. If you didn't like minis when your older.. you could er.. PAINT OVER IT

My room at homes is called lime yellow or something...in fact, the walls look like High Viz jackets, its awesome

kat has one wall which has a barcode effect on it.. but in pinks and purples
and then the rest of the walls are a kinda pastel pink colour...

My room's got one really dark brown wall, that I've hung some art on - 2 of the walls are a mocha colour and the other is a creamy colour - same as the ceiling


and the cream doesn't get dirty!!
