hi all dose any one know if you can buy plans to make your own rear frame to fit a bike engine in i have an r1 engine and i cant afford the kits but i have loads of time !! and most of the tools needed to make the frame also dose any one know if you can buy the drive shafts ready made all info would be vhelpfull cheers,
i am stripping car at the mo getting it ready will post pics when iv got it stripped

There wont be any "plans" to buy - as almost every single one which has been custom made, will need to serve a different purpose. It's best just to get the engine, and make LOTS of measurements and drawings before cutting away any metal. From there, you can decide whereabouts you want the engine to sit, and make a basic frame to hold it in place, whilst you work out what sort of shape the frame would need to be, and whereabouts you would have it join to the shell of the car, before you start chopping up any bits of metal :wink:

at least, that's how I would do it
