Can anyone advise what spark plug is the manufacturer recommended for a 1994 1.3 injected?

I prefer to use champion RN9YCC.

After all Mini's are British not Japanese.

Maybe so, but Champion are American owned anyway so you're not being terribly patriotic after all.

They are C**p to boot, so not very beneficial for trying to be patriotic.

Rover specify NGK

Good point Taffy :D

Rover specify NGK

That's quite true Sprocket, but didn't Rover also specify 10w/30 oil?

Anyway, as long as the plugs do the job.

20w50 is perfect oil for a mini regardless of what it is. i have bosch super 4 plugs in my mpi at the moment, the 4 prongs make no difference except they last longer. a common misconception is that the more prongs on the plug the more power it gives (most people think it gives 4 sparks), it only will give 1 spark, and will always go for the closest prong. however they tend to give consistent sparks for longer as 4 prongs will take more time to wear than just 1.
