i always say try to leave your job with being able to come back if you want/need to

kicking your boss in the nuts is not the best way

u may also want to put in the holiday pay /days off so that u can leave earlyer or any other bonuses

so they then agree to u leaving with the right money in your pocket

legally yes.. but how many people actually care??

no i wouldnt let anyone talk to me like that.. but my boss just says it comes with the job.
lol

That is completely out of order.

I bet if you spoke like that to your boss he would mind, and if you then gently tapped him on the cheak and said dont worry poppet it comes with the job, he would definately have something to say!!!!

If your boss is rubbish then go higer.

You do not have to work in an environment where people abuse you (unless you in the police, fire service, hospitals etc...>_<)

Is that why you left us Charlie?

As above, go higher than the people that abuse you........

BUT........ If you've definitely had enough, try to leave without burning your bridges. It's always nice to have the option to go back should you need to.

Failing that, just hide kippers everywhere! >_<

It wasn't just because you talked about minis!

Aaaanyway, Matt, if it's deffo that bad and you have to leave, do it. That's what I'm doing. BUT, when I leave here I'll make damn sure that I have the option of coming back..

As a matter of fact I know full well that CB would be welcome back here if he wanted to return, it's just a damn good thing to know when you're moving jobs.

At the last place I worked at in Bristol (WH Bence Coachworks) I got so *Drunk or yellow human water* off with the boss being a *male chicken* that I just turned around & said "that's it, I quit, you can have my letter of resignation in the morning", which I duly gave him, he said for me not to work my notice period, although as I have offered to in wtiting he actually had to pay me my 1 months money, for staying at home with the family.
