I've got a set of twin 1.25 carbs to treat my 998 '87 Mayfair. At the moment it's got an LCB and full stainless exhaust system and thats about all of the engine modifications at the moment. When I take off my old HS4 and pop on these twin HS2's I'll need a couple of new filters. Now im having problems with this. Should I get:

i) A Ramair twin SU air filter (£75 from MiniSpeed)

or

ii) 2 x 1.25 stub stacks + 2 x ITG sock filters (£43 from MiniSpeed)

I'm not all too bothered about the cost I just want what's best

Please help. Need the carbs fitting as soon as possible

Thanks in advance,
Jam2005
